As part of the release of this unreleased album of “OUT OF THE FIRE featuring BRUCE JOYNER”, produced in 1991 by Peter Buck (REM), Philippe Gilard and Buzz On Web asked me to cover “RAT RACE” from the Unknowns’ first album.
Here is the version arranged and recorded by me and mixed/mastered by Philippe.
Impossible (and useless) to try to reproduce the original sound and interpretation: my old analog drum machine (“Roland rythm 33!”) on the “Rhumba” selection set the tone!
